In an interview with Korean KBS TV station, Park Won-chun said that the number of confirmed cases nationwide has reached 75, including 49 in Seoul.

On the 6th of this month, a 29-year-old man was diagnosed with New Coronary Pneumonia. He had visited many nightclubs in Itaewon, Seoul from the evening of the 1st to the early morning of the 2nd without wearing masks.

The nightclub spread in Itaewon may have caused a second large-scale infection of new coronary pneumonia in South Korea. Not only is Gyeonggi Province where the “confirmed nightclub man” lives and the Seoul city where the nightclub is located sounds; there are also confirmed diagnoses in Busan and Jeju Island. This makes the South Korean epidemic prevention department worry again.
